As simple as eating your meal, taking care of your teeth should not be that hard. You just need to remind yourself to keep it clean after every food or drink that you eat. Here in BFDC, we always encourage you to always doing preventive dentistry like routine dental check up every 6 month with or without problem, because the sooner you see a cavity the less it gives you pain and the cheaper the treament will be. Taking care your general teeth condition and maintaining your good oral habit is our main purposes as a general dentist practitioner.
In order to achieve that, you will need to do your part in taking care of yours. Let start with brushing 2 times a day after meal at breakfast and before sleep, inspect your teeth and your gum to check for decay or gum inflamation, and last but not least do the flossing habit. The beauty of your smile, not only because you have dental esthetic treatment, but also by keeping your teeth clean and healthy.
